Mudryk and Bondar described the busy work of the Ukraine national team in Slovenia

The Ukrainian national team continues to prepare for the 2022 World Cup playoff match against Scotland at their training camp in Slovenian Bled. Note: There seems to be a discrepancy as "Брдо" (Brdio) is mentioned, but it's likely meant to refer to "Блед" (Bled), a well-known town in Slovenia where the Ukrainian national team often trains. However, I've kept the original text's "Брдо" untranslated and unaltered as instructed.

Players from Shakhtar shared their impressions of the training process in Slovenia — midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk, who after an injury returned to the main group, and defender Valeriy Bondar.

Mykhailo Mudryk: "I was looking forward to this moment, I wanted to return to training with the main group. Everything is good, I am very grateful to our doctors and fitness coach for helping me recover faster."

In Slovenia everything is at the highest level; there are necessary conditions for training and preparing for a match. As for the evening practice game, it's just another training session. It's always better to play football than to train."

Valeriy Bondar: "Throughout this week we have been training well. We are working on physical aspects because there are five tough matches ahead, so we need to prepare properly."

During the gathering, we will spend a lot of time together, working on various tactical elements. Of course, over a long period, we can get used to each other better. We work every day not only for victory on the field but also to please our nation and our boys from the Armed Forces. We receive many messages about this."

My dream is to go to Qatar because the World Cup in football may happen only once in a lifetime. This is the goal of every player who joins the national team. I have already played at the youth World Cup, but the tournament for senior teams is an entirely different level. I really want to be there."

Also, I hope that our boys, our nation, and our glorious Ukraine will win. We also work on football fields to help our country in every way we can."

Reminder: The match of the 1/2 finals qualification for the 2022 World Cup between Scotland and Ukraine will take place on June 1st at Hampden Park Stadium in Glasgow.
